Richard Baker for Congress A
new
candidate, with a unique and diverse background, is running for
Congress from the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District.
The
6th Congressional District is on the North Shore, and
includes
much of Essex County and some of Middlesex County, including Lynn,
Salem, Gloucester, Beverly, Newburyport, Bedford, Burlington, Reading
and Peabody.
“Congress needs to change, needs to move from the partisan politics of blame and gamesmanship, to a professional body of leaders for the country,” says Baker. “I offer the voters in the Massachusetts 6th Congressional District a chance to change the culture of Congress.” Richard Baker, a Republican, is a tough, honest leader driven to deliver creative, intellectual solutions to America's problems. He is an inventor of Ethernet and Web technologies, an Intellectual Property Licensing Executive, and a Software Engineer. He has served on the Pentucket Regional School Committee (PRSC) and has served as chairman of a number of sub-committees. Mr. Baker brings years of solid experience in building organizations in the corporate world, where he created a number of successful legal and engineering teams. Mr. Baker is a seasoned negotiator with the ability to push difficult issues to settlement through integrity, honor, and cooperation. Interview
